DATART and ETA are once again named the most trusted brands

The successful brands of the HP TRONIC Group have once again confirmed their excellent reputation in the eyes of consumers. In the Most Trusted Brand 2021 competition, DATART dominated the Electronics category, while ETA defended its first place award in the Small Home Appliances category for the sixth time.

The prestigious award was presented to HP TRONIC CEO Daniel Večeřa and ETA Sales Director Daniel Nový at the ceremonial announcement on November 11th in Prague. This independent survey was organized for the seventh time by ATOZ Marketing Services in cooperation with the research agency Nielsen.

DATART won the Electronics dealers category for the first time in 2020, when it knocked ALZA from the top spot. The company defended its position this year. “Strengthening the position of trust made us very happy. We are pleased that the internal values, on which the DATART brand stands, are reflected in our relationship with customers. Their trust is a fundamental pillar for us, which we are building long-term and patiently”, says Daniel Večeřa, CEO of the HP TRONIC Group. The ETA brand has defended its position at the top for the sixth time in a row. It has held first place in the category of small household appliances since 2016. “Some traditions are very nice and at the same time binding. It is a confirmation for us that our efforts to build the ETA brand are successful in the eyes of the most important critics – the end consumers and at the same time, it is great motivation and commitment for the entire ETA team to continue our efforts in the future”, added Daniel Nový, Sales Director of ETA a.s.

The Most Trusted Brand Award is the most extensive independent survey of consumers in the Czech Republic, which focuses on brand trust in various business sectors. ATOZ Marketing Services conducted the survey in cooperation with the Nielsen research agency on a sample of 4000 Czech consumers. “In an independent survey, Czech consumers rated over 700 brands in 80 categories, which are nominated automatically on the basis of sales. Only one brand can be the most trusted in each category. This guarantees that the awarded brands are truly strong and trustworthy”, says Lukáš Matějka, manager of the marketing group of ATOZ, which organized the competition.
