The brands of the HP TRONIC group have once again confirmed their excellent reputation in the eyes of customers. In the annual Most Trusted Brand competition, DATART won in the Electronics Retailers category and ETA solidified its dominance in the Small Home Appliances category for the seventh time.
The prestigious award was received by DATART store concept manager Jan Horák and ETA’s sales director Daniel Nový at the ceremonial announcement of the results on November 10th 2022 at Auto Club CZ in Prague. The largest of its kind, this independent survey was organized by ATOZ Marketing Services in cooperation with research agency Nielsen.
“In sports, just like in business, a hat trick is highly valued, so I’m really happy about the award. The trust of our customers is our motivation to always base our customer service and sortiment of goods on the values of the DATART brand. This is our commitment,” said Jan Horák, DATART store concept manager.
The ETA brand won the award for the seventh time in a row. It has dominated the Small Household Appliances category since 2016.
“Seven is a lucky number, and that was confirmed when the Most Trusted Brand 2022 results were announced in ‘our‘ Small Home Appliances category. I had the honor of accepting this award for the ETA brand at the gala evening at the Czech Auto Club for the seventh time in a row! A great feeling! And it’s even better that we received this award from our customers. We owe them a big thank you and at the same time, we pledge our commitment to continue doing the best we can for them in the future. Even eight is not a bad number“, adds Daniel Nový, sales director of ETA.
The Most Trusted Brand is the most wide-spread, independent survey among consumers in the Czech Republic which focuses on brand trust in various business sectors. ATOZ Marketing Services conducted the survey in cooperation with Nielson on a sample of 4,000 Czech consumers.
“Czech consumers evaluated nearly 900 brands in 90 categories in the survey. These are nominated automatically based on sales. This ensures that the award-winning brands are truly strong and trustworthy. Since only one brand can win in each category, we’ve re-designed the competition logo. It now includes the symbol of a medal with a number one,“ says Lukáš Matějka, manager of the marketing group of ATOZ Marketing Services.
