Datart named as the most trusted brand in Slovakia

Just a few days after Datart was once again named the winner in the Czech Republic’s Most Trusted Brand survey in 2021, the retailer received the same award in Slovakia. While in the Czech Republic, the electronics dealer won this category for the second time, it was a first in Slovakia. The winners were decided by two thousand Slovak respondents in a survey conducted by ATOZ Marketing Services.

“Victory fills us with pride, because we all know that although customer trust is difficult to gain, it is much easier to lose. It is the result of long-term and systematic work for which our customers have rewarded us. It turns out that the Datart brand in Slovakia has gone in the right direction, and first place is a huge commitment for us, because we want to defend the title in the years to come”, says Vladimír Sušil, Datart’s sales director in Slovakia. The satisfaction is all greater because the Datart brand managed to overtake last year’s winner and long-standing competitor – the Nay Brand.

“We are all the more pleased to have won the title after such a challenging period when the whole world faced a pandemic and we had to deal with many unexpected challenges and constraints. This victory is extra special for us because we succeeded since we were able to adapt quickly to the changing conditions and customers were satisfied with the quality of our services”, adds Vladimír Sušil.

The sixth annual consumer survey for ATOZ Marketing Services was conducted by NielsenIQ, which addressed 2000 respondents of various ages. Consumers rated a total of 600 brands, which were nominated automatically based on sales.
