In the competition ShopRoku, in which customers and an expert jury have choosen the most popular, interesting and the highest quality e-shops on the Czech internet, DATART.cz won the popularity award in the electronics category and the quality award in the white goods category.
Last year, when its stores closed for more than a hundred days due to pandemic measures, DATART defended its position on the market mainly thanks to the online store. “Although we have more than a hundred stores and we care about direct contact between our salespeople and our customers, we have been pursuing the development of our
e-shop and related services, such as in-store pickup within thirty minutes or comfortable delivery of larger goods with the possibility of bringing the goods up the stairs into the flat, installation of the new appliance and disposal of the old one. We are very pleased that customers perceive DATART.cz as a reliable online store, the popularity award is a great motivation for us in the future,” says František Mikoška, sales and marketing director of the HP TRONIC group, to which the brand DATART belongs.
The organizer of the ShopRoku competition is the company Heureka Group a. s., that operates the price comparator Heureka.cz and is a purchasing advisor for people who want help choosing between various products and shops. The quality award in the ShopRoku competition reflects customer service with online shopping for the entire past year. The popularity award is the award by internet users who choose their favorite e-shops of the year.
