The prestigious marketing program, Most Trusted Brands 2025, has announced the names of market leaders in individual segments for the tenth time in Slovakia. The NAY brand has won the title for the fifth time, solidifying excellence in customer trust.
Customers had the final say in the Most Trusted Brand program, deciding who would receive the award. "We are delighted to have received this prestigious award again this year, which was given to us by our customers themselves. We are all the more pleased with the title of Most Trusted Seller of Household Electronics because we have had a challenging year full of changes – and it shows that our efforts to respond to the needs of customers are helping us build trustworthy and quality relationships with them," says Vladimír Sušil, Sales and Marketing Director at NAY, adding that the award is also a great motivation for the NAY brand to win the same title in the coming years.
For the tenth time, an independent survey of Slovak customers has recognized the most trusted brands on the market. A NielsenIQ survey was conducted at the end of September and beginning of October, in which 2,000 respondents identified the brands that customers trust most in 77 categories. The anniversary edition revealed the names of the winners during a gala evening held on November 26th in Bratislava.
